How to get white teeth with braces?
I dont have peroxide, rubbing a strawberry wont work as trhe strawberry will get shredded. I was told to use tooth gel only by orthodontist. Baking soda doesnt mix with tooth gel well I reckon but i’ll try it if reccomended. white strips dont work with braces. I dont have money for laser, and I dont reckon that works with braces anyway. But my teeth had stains before i got braces and I dont want worse ones after they come off! I floss twice, brush thrice, and want to impress people. Please help.

2) ur orthodontist takes the wires off and u go get them whitened but the small brackets will still be on the teeth
dont whiten your teeth with braces because then you will have small squares on your teeth when you get them off when you get them off then whiten them!!
Well if you dont brush your teeth that much and they get worse you will have lighter area in the middle of your teeth, and if you brush too much there will be a darker area so your gonna have to just brush normally until they come off. I have had a past experience with this and it ruined my life but my teeth eventually went back to normal from daily brushing.
just keep flossing and brushing extra excellent. Also use mouth wash, You can wait to impress people when your braces come off and u have pretty perfect smile. Your teeth will be cleaned by your orthodontist when your braces come off.
Has anyone used products to remove white stains on teeth before?
People have reccomended GC Mousse, Omni Gel, and Mi Gel as products to use in removing the white stains on teeth (that are often times internal and calcium deposits). Regular bleaching does not work for these stains, so I was wondering if anyone had used those products or any other particular products. Thanks!

How to whiten teeth in less than 1 week WITHOUT whitening strips/gel?
I have braces so I can’t use the strips or gel trays, but I want my teeth to be white before prom. I’m not worried about them coming out uneven because I will get them professionally whitened later. Prom is on Friday, though, so I don’t have much time.
Lol, I’m sure they’re really going to be bright if I rinse with vinegar and lemon water… bright yellow, that is.
Rinse your mouth every morning with Vinegar or Lemon-water. You would find it brightening with in a week.

I bought Plus White 5 minute teeth bleaching gel, I have used it twice and now my teeth are very sensitive =/ Should I stop using it? I just wanted whiter teeth. Lol.
It’s possibly been applied to the gum area which is causing irritation.
